Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CollegeNatic’s software, platforms, or services (the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you represent an institution, you confirm authority to bind said institution to these terms.

Service Description

CollegeNatic provides educational institutions with:

  • ERP Solutions: Digitizing admissions, attendance, payroll, and finance.

  • TestX Platform: AI-powered exam creation, proctoring, and grading.

  • Analytics Tools: Real-time dashboards for institutional performance.

User Responsibilities

Institutions

  • Ensure all data (student, staff, financial) provided is accurate and lawfully obtained.

  • Obtain parental/guardian consent for minors under 13 using the platform.

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and report unauthorized access.

End Users (Teachers/Students)

  • Use Services solely for educational purposes.

  • Do not engage in hacking, reverse engineering, or unauthorized sharing of content.

Account Management

  • Ownership: Institutional accounts are owned by the subscribing entity.

  • Termination: CollegeNatic reserves the right to suspend/terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

  • Data Export: Institutions may request data exports within 30 days of termination.

Intellectual Property

  • CollegeNatic Ownership: All software, logos, and content remain our exclusive property.

  • User Content: Institutions retain ownership of uploaded data but grant CollegeNatic a non-exclusive license to process it for service delivery.

Disclaimers

  • Service Availability: We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

  • Third-Party Integrations: CollegeNatic is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party tools (e.g., AWS, Razorpay).

Limitation of Liability

CollegeNatic is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost revenue).

  • Errors caused by improper use of the platform.

  • Data loss due to institutional negligence.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in India only.

Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major revisions will be notified via email.
